Delfino - Lugano

The Hotel Delfino has a privileged location close to the lake shore and next to the pedestrian area which leads into the heart of the city of Lugano. The restaurant La Pergola is open from midday to 14:00 for business lunches, snacks or light meals, offering seasonal cuisine. In the evening the Restaurant Delfino is open from 19:00 to 21:00. You can choose between the menu of the day or you can dine à la carte. Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate and if you stay 3 nights or more you can book half board on arrival at reasonable rates.

The Hotel has a meeting room and a Veranda. The meeting room can accommodate up to 30 people and is equipped with all modern facilities and internet. The "Veranda" is particularly appreciated for its luminosity and the view of the garden. It is perfect for banquets, business meals, corporate parties or family reunions.

Lugano and it's sourroundings offer a large variety of possibilities and activities: The mild climate and the beauties of the landscape invite you to discover the mountain tops, the lake, our green valleys and many more sites of interest all reacheable with pubblic transportation (bus, cable car, train, boat). Lugano host at the museum of modern art, high standard painting exibitions. In the past years, paintings from Modigliani, Chagall, Munch, Schiele and Picasso have created a strong point of interest. Shopping is almost as good as in the fashion metropole of Milano (which is only 1 hour away) and in the roadside cafés and restaurant you can enjoy italian cuisine and the fragrance of a state of the art Cappuccino.

From North (coming from S.Gotthard or S.Bernardino): - Highwaly A2 - Exit at Lugano-Sud - Follow directions to Lugano-Paradiso. From South (Coming form Italy): - Highway A2 - Exit at Lugano-Sud. - Follow directions to Lugano-Paradiso. Parking is available for an additional charge From the Railway Station: Take bus number 2 in the direction of Paradiso and alight at the 3rd station (Santa Brigitta).
