Grand Hotel Zermatterhof is a seasonal hotel. The winter season lasts from the end of November to the end of April, the summer season from early June to the end of September.

Zermatt is accessible by train from Brig. It is a car-free village. You can only drive as far as Täsch (5 km away), from where trains and minibus taxis connect to Zermatt.
