Take the "Firstbahn" cable car from the village to the First mountain, while the cog railway will take you to Kleine Scheidegg and Jungfraujoch "Top of Europe". From Grindelwald Grund, on the bed of the valley, Europe's longest cable car carries you to Männlichen ski and hiking area. The lakes of Thun and Brienz accessible in 30 minutes driving by car or public transportation. During the summer season you can swim and sunbathing or make a round trip by boat.

Arrival by Car: On the Highway from Basel, Geneva or Zurich via Berne to Interlaken. From Interlaken take the exit towards Wilderswil and follow the main road via Zweilütschinen to Grindelwald. You will find our hotel 50 metres after the train station on your left-hand side between Hotel Kreuz & Post and Central Hotel Wolter. By public transportation: Every train station in Switzerland provides good connections via Interlaken Ost to Grindelwald.
