In this picture-postcard resort between 2 lovely lakes in the heart of the Bernese Oberland, the Hotel Artos enjoys a central yet quiet location and spectacular views of the Jungfrau Region. This non-smoking holiday and seminar hotel close to the centre of Interlaken features beautiful grounds with a terrace and a children’s playground, a rich culinary selection, a cafeteria, a library, a playroom and a spacious wellness oasis (Jacuzzi, tepidarium, steam bath and sauna, included in the room rate).

In addition to the hotel, Zentrum Artos Interlaken also featutes a home for the elderly and flats for local residents. The hotel belongs to the United Methodist Church and is a member of the Association of Christian Hotels of Switzerland (VCH).

Located between lakes Thun and Brienz, Interlaken is an ideal starting point for all excursions and sights of the Jungfrau region. Among them are world-famous attractions such as the Jungfraujoch and the Aletsch Glacier (UNESCO World Heritage site), the Schilthorn/Piz Gloria, the Staubbach Falls in Lauterbrunnen and the glacier village of Grindelwald. Others are more traditional, such as the Reichenbach Falls (of Sherlock Holmes fame) or the Swiss Open-Air Museum in Ballenberg.

By train to Interlaken West or East stations, continue on bus line no. 2 to bus stop "Zentrum Artos". It is a 15-minute walk from the Interlaken East train station.

Our creative cuisine serves modern, healthy dishes, from the rich breakfast buffet to the lovingly prepared lunches and evening meals served in the bright and spacious "Seerose" dining room.
