Hotel Lötschberg - Interlaken

This small family hotel, run by the owners, enjoys a central but very quiet location, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station. Hotel Lötschberg offers free wireless LAN in all rooms, free tea and coffee around the clock, free washing/drying/ironing of clothes, free use of bicycles, and free use of the microwave and the fridge. There is a coin-operated internet terminal. Guests receive a discount on tandem paragliding with the owner Fritz.

n 1906 Fritz's great-great-grandfather Fritz has built the Hotel at Mainstreet. Now the Hotel is located in a very quiet street, 2 minutes walk from Interlaken West Station, boat station (Lake Thun) and center of town. We offer free parking. Children are welcome. For families we suggest the familiy rooms with extrabeds or bunkbeds. Baby-carriage, cots etc. can be used for free if available. Your kids can play on the school yard and soccer field across the road. Children's playgrounds are close by.

By car from Berne or Brig - Spiez Exit Interlaken West. Follow the mainroad (Waldeggstrasse). After the Flamol gas station you take the next left (at Stella Hotel) into General Guisan Strasse. After about 150m you are at the hotel. By car from Lucerne Exit Interlaken West. Turn right into the mainroad through the village of Matten. Just follow the mainroad. At the Flamol gas station (Garage Grossniklaus) turn right into Waldeggstrasse. Take the next left (at Stella Hotel) into General Guisan Strasse. After about 150m you are at the hotel. By train from Berne or Brig - Spiez. Walking from the train station West Cross the mainroad and follow it to the right. At Cafe Runft cross the supermarket square and walk along the Migros building on the left side (Bernastrasse). At the next corner you see the hotel to your left. Watch out for a big wallpainting with light at night. By train from Lucerne (final station Interlaken Ost) Take the connecting train or bus to Interlaken West and follow the walking instructions above.

Please be aware that extra beds and baby cots are only available for the superior rooms. Baby cots need to be requested first and confirmed by the hotel.
