From the Lucerne train station: - Leave the train station through the main entrance towards the arch. - On the other side of the bridge you can already spot the hotel. - Cross the main bridge - Cross the street and walk towards a square called Kapellplatz. - There is a music store called HUG and left of this store you find a little alley called Furrengasse. - The hotel entrance is right around that left corner.
